Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • All Battery related items can take from 5 to 10 working days to be processed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be free of cost.
  • We offer standard shipping options with estimated delivery times of one to two weeks (urban areas only). Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.
  • Battery related items: It can take about 10 to 20 working days to arrive battery operated products.
  • Our delivery partners are FedEx, NZ Post, Aramex, Royal Post, Australia Post and DHL.
  • If the item you ordered not available in local store it will be shipped from our international warehouse (Your package can be shipped from following countries:- New Zealand, Australia, Dubai, USA, China, Singapore)

Shipping Destinations & Tax Duties 

  • Super Sell Ships to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom only.

  • For orders shipped to New Zealand and Australia, we will cover all the customs duties.

Damages:

  • Any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, let us know and please contact the shipment carrier to investigate.

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please let us know or contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue.
